Web Site Planning

It is important to carefully plan the design of  webpage. A webpage is open to public viewing so any mistakes will not only embarrass the creator but also make it hard for the user to properly use the webpage.

Useability and utility are equally important to visual design. If the webpage doesn't have an appealing look then web surfers will not want to visit the site. But if  the webpage doesn't have a very functional design then it will cause problems for the user when they are searching for files posted to the page. Both are important to the structure of a webpage.
